A judge sends a repeat offender to provisional prison for the first time at the request of the Barcelona City Council

A judge in Barcelona has sent to provisional prison a man arrested for a theft at Somorrostro beach, taking into account that he already had 34 final convictions for property crimes. This is the first time a court has taken this measure at the request of the Barcelona City Council.
