Electric scooters return to the regional trains, but not to Rodalies

Starting Monday, Renfe will allow electric scooters on short, medium, and long-distance trains, except for Rodalies. The company reports that the state regulations for these vehicles incorporate mandatory identification, registration, and insurance systems that improve safety.
