A driver without a license runs over a cyclist in the center of Olot, refuses to take the breathalyzer test and tries to flee

The Olot Municipal Police have arrested a 49-year-old driver who was driving with a suspended license and hit a cyclist on Tuesday. In addition, the arrested man refused to take a breathalyzer test, tried to flee, and ended up causing a collision with another car.
