The rainstorm this weekend has had a major impact on the country's mobility, affecting various rail services as well as roads and the airport. The Rodalies service will not be able to resume across the entire network at the start of this Monday due to damage caused by the downpours on different lines. Rodalies has started the service with sections of the R1, R2, R4 and lines R7, R8, and R11 without rail circulation and has enabled alternative road service.

On the R1 line, there is no circulation between Arenys de Mar and Badalona, which is being provided by buses; on the R2 Nord, the section between Granollers Centre and Sant Celoni is being covered by road; and on the R4, it is being covered by bus from Manresa to Terrassa-Estació del Nord. Lines R7 and R8 are not operating along their entire route and alternative road service has been enabled. The same applies to the R11, where there is direct road service between Girona and Sant Andreu and between Portbou and Maçanet-Massanes.

Regarding the R1, some trains are covering the l'Hospitalet-Arenys route (this is the Maçanet-l'Hospitalet connection) and others (the Mataró/Blanes-l'Hospitalet ones) are stopping at Badalona to connect with the L2 line of the Barcelona Metro. This is due to a capacity issue in the Passeig de Gràcia tunnel, as the Plaça Catalunya tunnel is not yet passable due to the flooding it suffered this weekend from the heavy rains, according to sources from Renfe.
