Collboni defends the changes in the municipal government

Barcelona Mayor Jaume Collboni defended this Wednesday the government restructuring he announced on Tuesday. Speaking from Brussels, Collboni noted that the changes "fundamentally" respond to the goal of Barcelona continuing to grow economically "while redistributing wealth."
