An inmate of Quatre Camins commits suicide in his cell

An inmate at the Quatre Camins prison was found dead this Sunday in his cell. The Department of Justice has confirmed that he committed suicide. The man had been at the center since last April, although he had been in and out of different prisons for years, according to union sources.
