The Supreme Court upholds the ECJ's decision to strip Comín of his MEP status.

The Supreme Court has upheld the Central Electoral Board's decision to strip Toni Comín (Juntos) of his MEP status because he failed to appear in Congress to swear or pledge his allegiance to the Constitution, taking into account the arrest warrant the Supreme Court still has against him despite the amnesty.
