The Public Prosecutor's Office requests amnesty for the CDR accused of terrorism after the CJEU ruling

With the CJEU ruling from July in hand and after the court asked it in late September, the Public Prosecutor's Office has requested the National Court to apply the amnesty to the twelve CDR members who are one step away from trial for terrorism and to archive the case, according to legal sources confirming to ARA.
