The Prosecutor's Office rejects Cerdán's release from prison

The Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office, which requested Santos Cerdán be imprisoned, has not changed its mind. The Public Prosecutor's Office opposes the appeal by the defense of the former PSOE leader and argues that by keeping him in the Soto del Real penitentiary, there remains a risk of evidence being destroyed.
