Basque Lehendakari Imanol Pradales stated this Sunday in an interview with La Vanguardia that he sees the Spanish legislature "in stoppage time" and, regarding future PNV negotiations with the PP after the elections, he held onto pragmatism by saying that "it remains to be seen".
