The MEP and former socialist minister Juan López Aguilar has pointed to Morocco in an interview with Euronews regarding the Ceuta crisis, despite the reluctance of Pedro Sánchez's government to hold Rabat responsible for the massive influx of immigrants into the autonomous city.
