French justice authorizes the extradition to Spain of the alleged former leader of ETA Josu Ternera

The Paris Court of Appeal gave the go-ahead this Wednesday to proceed with the extradition to Spain of José Antonio Urrutikoetxea – popularly known as Josu Ternera – for his alleged responsibility as leader of ETA.
