The ECHR condemns Spain for having violated the rights of the Aturem el Parlament protesters

The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has condemned Spain for the violation of the fundamental rights of four protesters convicted by the justice system for a crime against State institutions due to the 2011 protest against the approval of the budget in Parliament.
