Sánchez opposes nuclear deterrence: "Rearmament is not the way"

Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez has called on world powers to avoid a new nuclear escalation. "Put a stop to rearmament and continue negotiating a new agreement," he said Saturday in his opening remarks at a panel discussion during the Munich Security Conference.
