Óscar Puente warns that the transfer of commuter trains "won't make a difference."

The Minister of Transport, Óscar Puente, warns in an interview in The Vanguard that the transfer of the Cercanías (Commuter Rail) service to the Generalitat (Catalan regional government), agreed upon with the ERC, "will not make a difference" to the rail network. Thus, he clarified that the State cannot invest more "without cutting the service."
