Junqueras announces that Catalonia will manage nearly 80% of its VAT through the financing of its own powers

The president of ERC, Oriol Junqueras, has announced that Catalonia could manage up to 78% of its VAT through the complementary financing mechanism for its own powers foreseen in the new financing model presented yesterday.
