Former Pradas deputy confirmed indictment in DANA investigation

The Valencia Provincial Court has confirmed the indictment of former Secretary of Emergencies for the Valencian Government, Emilio Argüeso, in the case investigating the handling of the DANA (National Emergency Plan) on October 29. The court has thus rejected the appeals by Argüeso and the Prosecutor's Office.
