Feijóo will reinforce "the presence of the State" in Catalonia if he governs after November 29th

The leader of the PP, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, assures that if he governs at La Moncloa he will strengthen the "presence of the State" in Catalonia because the PSOE has "withdrawn" it. In an interview with El País, he also announces that if he governs he will repeal the housing decrees because they harm "both tenants and owners".
