Former Spanish President José María Aznar asserted this Tuesday that "the circumstances are not right" to present a "motion of no confidence" to "call elections." In an interview with Onda Cero, he also asserted that "under no circumstances" can a pact be reached with former President Carles Puigdemont's party.
