Ábalos requests the nullity of his sentence: he blames the Supreme Court that the conviction is based on Aldama

Former minister José Luis Ábalos has filed an incident of nullity before the Supreme Court to annul his sentence. With two arguments, according to the document to which ARA has had access: that he should have been tried by the National High Court and that the conviction is based on Víctor Aldama.
