Hayden Panettiere died from accidental fentanyl and Xanax intoxication

Actress Hayden Panettiere died on August 16 at the age of 36 from an accidental overdose caused by a combination of fentanyl, Xanax, and other drugs, according to the autopsy from the Greenville County coroner's office in South Carolina.
