Sarkozy reaffirms he is innocent in the Libyan financing appeal trial

Former French President Nicolas Sarkozy appeared before the court this Tuesday in the appeal trial for the case of the alleged Libyan financing of his 2007 presidential campaign.Sarkozy has insisted that he is innocent and has said that he intends to "respond to the suffering of the civil parties".
