Haakon VIII swears the Constitution and is already the new king of Norway

King Haakon VIII swore the Constitution of Norway this Tuesday. He thus becomes the country's new monarch. "I promise and I swear to govern the Kingdom of Norway in accordance with the Constitution and its laws, so help me Almighty and all-knowing God", he declared from Parliament.
