The National Court temporarily suspends the €413 million fine imposed on Booking by the CNMC

The National Court has temporarily suspended the historic fine of 413.2 million euros imposed by the National Commission for Markets and Competition (CNMC) on the travel agency Booking for abuse of a dominant position during the last five years, until the appeal filed by the company is resolved.
