The Catalan multinational Eurofragance passes into Swiss hands

The Swiss perfume and fragrance company Givaudan will buy a majority stake in the Catalan company Eurofragance, which last year had a turnover of 200 million euros, 16% more than the previous year. The closing of the operation is subject to applicable regulatory processes.
