Catalonia, almost at the bottom of the list in Spain in terms of surface area approved for residential rehabilitation

In 2025, Catalonia was the third region in Spain with the smallest increase in the area approved for residential rehabilitation, which grew by 4.71%, ahead of Extremadura (+3.55%) and Andalusia (+2.31%), according to data from the Higher Council of Colleges of Architects.
