Brussels warns that the issuance of new common debt "does not come for free"

The European Commissioner for Economy, Valdis Dombrovskis, has opened the door to issuing new common debt within the EU to confront new crises. However, the Latvian leader has warned that these movements "have a cost" in interest and that "they do not come for free".
