Abertis strengthens its presence in France and reaches 100% coverage of the A-63 motorway

Abertis has strengthened its position in France with the acquisition of 48.8% of the A-63 toll road from HICL Infrastructure, CVC DIF, and NGE Autoroutes, thus gaining 100% control of the company. This toll road is a vital corridor between Spain and Northern Europe, operating under a 25-year concession.
