Alert for intense heat in Segrià and Pla d'Urgell

The Catalan Meteorological Service has issued an intense heat alert today and Thursday in the Segrià and Pla d'Urgell regions. Temperatures could exceed 38°C or reach 39°C in that area. This is the first such warning issued by Meteocat since the onset of the heat wave.
