TMB's public transport exceeds 700 million journeys in a year for the first time

Barcelona Metropolitan Transport (TMB) closed 2025 with a record 700.5 million journeys, 2.4% more than in 2024. According to TMB, demand grew mainly outside of peak hours, in the evenings, on Sundays and holidays.
