The Supreme Court recognizes the right of a mother to collect a benefit for caring for her dependent daughter

The Supreme Court has ruled in favor of a mother who had requested an economic benefit for the care of her daughter after two years. Social Security and the mutual insurance company denied her the subsidy when the TSJ of Madrid dismissed the case, as the girl was attending school and was not in the hospital.
