The Supreme Court annuls that antecedents imply automatic denial for regularization

The Supreme Court has endorsed the immigration regulation, although it has annulled the point that automatically denied residence permits and regularization of immigrants' relatives for having a criminal record. Thus, each case will have to be assessed when protected family rights are at stake.
