The Supreme Court has confirmed the 18-year prison sentence for the murder of the man found on the shoulder of a road in Cabanelles (Alt Empordà) in February 2021. The chamber rejects the defense's appeal against the TSJC's ruling, which had reduced the Girona Court's sentence by four years.
