The State cedes 63 hectares of land on the coast to Barcelona

The Barcelona City Council and the Ministry of Finance have reached an agreement whereby the State will transfer ownership of 62.8 hectares of the city's coastline free of charge. Specifically, it concerns 5.2 kilometers of coastline stretching from Pepe Rubianes street to Sant Adrià de Besòs.
