The Spanish government proposes to toughen penalties for stealing railway network cables

The Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility will make a proposal to toughen penalties for the theft of cable and other elements of the railway infrastructure, through a reform of article 240 of the Penal Code, according to sources from the ministry headed by Óscar Puente.
