The Spanish government creates the Observatory for Suicide Prevention

The Council of Ministers has approved the creation of the Observatory for the Prevention of Suicide, an interministerial body that seeks to strengthen institutional coordination and advance an “integral response” to what they describe as "one of the main public health challenges".
