The Spanish government buys 70 km of cable after 63 thefts on the R3 this year

The Spanish government has activated an emergency contract of 17 million euros to purchase 70 kilometers of cable following the 63 copper thefts recorded this year on the R3 line, as explained this Thursday by the Secretary of State for Transport, José Antonio Santano.
