The Ombudsman asks TMB to regulate noise on public transport

Transports Metropolitans de Barcelona (TMB) have received the recommendation from the Ombudsman to implement a plan to regulate noise on public transport. The Ombudsman proposes the creation of an initial study followed by a detailed action plan to minimize it.
