The decree recognizing public healthcare for foreigners without legal residence has been published.

The Official State Gazette (BOE) published on Thursday the royal decree recognizing the right to public healthcare for foreigners in Spain without legal residency. To access this healthcare, they will have to provide a sworn statement confirming that they do not have health insurance coverage through other means.
