The leader of Barcelona en Común in Barcelona City Council, Janet Sanz, has asked for "urgent" explanations from the mayor, Jaume Collboni, for having renounced the proceedings against the developers who had breached the 30% reserve. "It is a scam on the citizens," she warned.
