Minor arrested for fatally running over a scooter driver in Torrefarrera and fleeing the scene of the accident

The Mossos d'Esquadra have arrested a 17-year-old boy accused of fatally running over a scooter rider on a path near the N230 in Torrefarrera, in Segrià, during the Sant Joan's Eve celebration and fleeing the scene of the accident. As confirmed by ACN, the minor was driving the vehicle without a license.
