Home sales in Catalonia are expected to grow by 12.5% in 2024.

The number of home sales grew by 12.5% last year in Catalonia, reaching 108,434 transactions, equivalent to 15.16% of all transactions in Spain in 2024, according to data published this Wednesday by the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility.
