Four officers were reported to have been attacked by an inmate at Ponent prison.

The CSIF union has reported that four officers at Ponent prison were assaulted by an inmate on Saturday. In a statement, they explained that the prisoner set fire to his cell and damaged a second one—hitting windows and metal frames—and threatened the staff.
