Four arrested for stealing copper wiring by posing as workers

The Mossos arrested four men aged between 26 and 43 on August 3rd for stealing copper wiring from public roads in Barcelona by posing as workers. The events took place in the Poblenou neighborhood, when the four individuals opened two manholes to access the telecommunications network.
