Collboni reopens the Taser debate after Jordi Martí's victory

The mayor of Barcelona, Jaume Collboni, has reopened the debate on the advisability of the Guàrdia Urbana officers carrying electric tasers. While congratulating Jordi Martí Galbis on his victory in the Junts primaries, he said it is a "good moment" to "reactivate the proposal".
