Catalonia activates the alert for rains, foreseen for Tuesday afternoon in the northeast

Civil Protection has activated the Special Emergency Plan for Floods (Inuncat) in alert phase due to the forecast of heavy rainfall in the northeastern regions from tomorrow midday. They ask the population to exercise extreme caution in their movements and outdoor activities.
