CAMFiC considers it "inappropriate" to put incentives in place for CAPs to reduce sick leave

The Catalan Society of Family and Community Medicine (CAMFiC) also opposes incentive model in primary care to reduce the duration of sick leave due to musculoskeletal and mental health conditions. In fact, it calls it "inadequate" and warns that it can cause a "perception of coercion".
