A body with signs of violence is found in the trunk of a car in Roses

BarcelonaThe criminal investigation division of the Mossos d'Esquadra has opened an investigation after having located the lifeless body of a man in the trunk of a car in Roses (Alt Empordà) yesterday at around 11 pm. The body showed signs of violence, police said in a statement.

The Mossos received a call alerting them to the discovery of the body and, once on the scene, in the street Bernat Metge, confirmed the signs of criminality in the case. According to SER, it was the victim's brother and a friend who alerted the police and warned that they had not heard from him for four days. The agents of the criminal investigation division of the Girona police region have taken charge of the investigation to clarify the circumstances of death.
