Barcelona launches a plan to improve cleanliness in Ciutat Vella

Barcelona City Council has launched a plan to improve cleaning and waste collection in Ciutat Vella. The new plan increases cleaning frequency in all neighborhoods and improves the cleaning of containers and pneumatic waste bins. New disinfectants will also be used to treat urine.
