Barcelona expands aid to homeowner communities against tourist flats

The Barcelona City Council announced this Tuesday that it will quintuple the resources it allocates to help communities of owners who wish to change their statutes to explicitly prohibit tourist apartments in the building. The budget for the initiative will go from 56,000 to 256,000 euros.
